Available positions:

Direct Care Staff/Awake Night Watch – Energetic, motivated individuals to provide structure, supervision and positive role modeling skills to male residents ages 10 to 17 in a therapeutic residential treatment setting. Both novice and experienced welcome to apply. Must be 21 years of age or older. Day, evening and night shifts available.

Orientation and job training provided, including CPR, First Aid and C.P.I.

Texas Driver’s License/Identification and High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.

Starting pay without experience – $14.00 per hour. Eight hour and sixteen hour shifts with flexible scheduling. Pegasus Schools, Inc. conducts a pre-employment criminal background screening, TJJD fingerprint check, FBI fingerprint check, drug screening, TB testing, and driving record check.

Therapist/LSOTP — Pegasus Schools, Inc. is looking for full time Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Marriage and Family Counselors (LMFT), or Clinical Social Workers (LCSW). Licensure as a Sex Offender Treatment Provider (LSOTP) is preferred, however we will train the right candidate. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience. Kitchen positions — We are seeking a Full-Time Kitchen Staff who ensures meals are prepared and served to residents. Job duties include but not limited to cleaning, sanitizing food service areas, prep meals, ensure meals are served following guidelines set by USDA and TDA, store food supplies and equipment properly when not in use, as well as maintain daily documentation and logs.
Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping, and crouching. Physical requirements also include the ability to lift 40 pounds.
Both novice and experienced individuals are welcome to apply. Starting pay without experience $14/hr.
