Note to potential employees

The greatest attribute of a staff member at Pegasus is POSITIVE ROLE MODELING. The program can be learned, as ample training is provided. Some of the best staff we employ had no prior experience whatsoever in this field. They simply brought caring for kids, a strong work ethic, strong moral character, and a willingness to portray these characteristics to the boys.

Pegasus Schools, Inc. conducts a pre-employment criminal background screening, TJJD fingerprint check, FBI fingerprint check, drug screening, TB testing, and driving record check.
