Robert Hart graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 1993. He went on to complete a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Southwest Texas State University in 1998. He has been working at Pegasus since 2001. He has worked with adolescents in residential settings for twelve years. He is an LSOTP Supervisor as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. Marty Litchfield holds a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an LSOTP. He has 12 years experience in the mental health field. Marty began working at Pegasus in September 2003. Prior to coming to Pegasus Schools, Inc. he worked as a quality management specialist for the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation and as the Mental Health Director for the Community Mental Health Center of Curry County, Oregon. Molly graduated from Louisiana State University in 1991 with a BA in English and a Minor in Psychology. She began working with Pegasus Schools, Inc. in January 1999 as the case manager for Comanche and has been the Medicaid Coordinator for Pegasus Schools, Inc. since 2000. Molly came to Pegasus with 6 years experience in case management. As the Clinical Medicaid Specialist, Molly is responsible for obtaining reimbursements through the Texas Medicaid program. Peter Smith received a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts in 1975 and a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Texas in Austin in 1983. He is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and a Licensed Child Care Administrator through the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. He has over 30 years of continuous experience working with emotionally disturbed adolescent children in Texas in a variety of residential programs. Nancy Owens earned her Master's Degree as a Licensed Professional Counselor from Texas State University. Prior to coming to Pegasus in February 2004, she worked with a program that improved family communication and coping skills for her clients. John Joslin has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1999 after graduating from Texas State University. John has considerable experience working in both in-patient and out-patient programs. He has been with Pegasus since 2002 and has working knowledge of all aspects of the therapy program. John currently provides therapy to our residents at our transitional phase of the program, the Lakota Honors campus as well as with some of our intake residents at the Comanche campus. L. Ida Bujan, MA, LPC, LSOTP -- Ms. Bujan received her undergraduate degree from Cal Poly and a Master's Degree in applied behavioral science in the systems counseling program at Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. Ms. Bujan was previously licensed in the state of Washington in both mental health and chemical dependency. She has extensive training and experience as a therapist working with children with specialties in OCD, ADHD and mood disorders. She has fifteen years of clinical experience and joined the Pegasus clinical team in December 2004. She provides therapy to our younger boys' Phoenix (formerly Cole Ranch) campus. Scott Caton graduated from Occidental College in 1991 with a degree in Philosophy. After more than a decade of work in television and film, he completed his Masters Degree in Professional Counseling at Texas State University in 2006 and joined the staff at Pegasus School, Inc. in 2008 and is a licensed professional counselor intern. He has worked with adolescents in numerous settings including leading out door adventure trips in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Scott is the resident therapist at our Freedom dorm. John Sergent first came to Pegasus in 1998 to start a therapeutic animal program as well as an opportunity to share his knowledge of Native American traditions and histories with the residents. In 2005, John journeyed to New Mexico, Utah, and South Dakota to practice experiential therapy techniques focusing on helping Native Americans with chemical dependency issues. John returned to Pegasus in 2008 to continue his work in chemical dependency counseling with the residents at the Freedom program.
