John D. Smith, P.S.I.
Case Management Supervisor
John has 22 years experience working in the child care field. His career with Pegasus Schools, Inc. began in 1993 as a Direct Care Counselor. Over the years, John has worked his way up to the Case Management Department and then to the Assistant Placement Director. He understands the needs of each resident and works closely with placement agencies and the families of the residents in our care. John believes that every young man who comes to Pegasus has an opportunity to successfully complete the Pegasus Schools, Inc. program and reintegrate into society. Luigi Arellano, Pegasus Schools,
Inc. Case Manager
Luigi has been working with children since receiving his Bachelor's in Communications degree in 1999. He began working with Pegasus Schools, Inc. in 2001 as a Direct Care Counselor. In January 2005, Luigi was promoted to the position of Case Manager. He currently serves as the Case Manager for our Freedom program. Oscar Rojas, Pegasus Schools, Inc. Case Manager
Oscar has been employed with Pegasus Schools, Inc. for seven years. He began his career in 2001 as a direct care staff. During his tenure at Pegasus Schools, Inc., he also added the responsibility and educational challenges as a teacher's aide in the on-campus University of Texas Charter School. In 2005, he joined the case management team with the objective of bridging the gap between residents in treatment at Pegasus, their families, case workers, and probation officers. Through his work, he believes that all children in our care will one day challenge themselves in making a difference with skills learned at Pegasus and apply them to their future.
